I’m a board-certified holistic nutritionist who works with women ready to take an active role in improving their health and achieving meaningful, measurable outcomes.

My work focuses on supporting metabolic health by helping clients improve markers such as blood sugar, cholesterol, and blood pressure, achieve sustainable weight management, and build habits that support long-term health. This is done through structured nutrition coaching, accountability, and practical lifestyle guidance that fits real life.
